The Hague Academy For Local Governance is inviting applications for the MENA Scholarship Program in Netherland. MENA Scholarship is open for many countries having Any Degree in any disciple. Applicants having strong English communication should apply. MENA Netherlands government scholarship’s Main objective is to contribute to society’s development by giving training in skills. The agenda of discussion of programs are Food and Nutrition Security; Water, Energy, and Climate; Health and Rights; and Security and the Rule of Law. SHIRAKA is a Partner Program of MENA that gives this Fully Funded Scholarship to International Applicants.
Eligibility of OKP Scholarship Program
Countries: You are eligible for this Scholarships if you belong to these Countries: You are a national of, and working in one of the eligible countries: Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen and Zambia.
If you are an employee of any International Organization that you are not eligible.
2 Years of Work Experience are required.
You speak and understand English very well
If you are working in any other organization then you must have a permission letter.

Your age limit must be till 45 years old not more than it.
2 Years of professional development work experience is required.
Eligibility of Shiraka Scholarship Program

Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestinian Territories and Tunisia.
You must be a civil servant
5 To 10 Work Experience is required.
How To Apply For Scholarship Program in Netherland?
If your all documents a d criteria meet according to the program then Hauge Academy will evaluate you on an interview basis and will send you an application notice. Once you passed it all your expenses are fully covered by the Government of the Netherlands.
