Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria to apply for the UNESCO Internship program are as follows:
- Anyone from an international country is eligible to apply.
- You must show a comprehensive health insurance certificate.
- Brilliant candidates having a passion to work with UNESCO are also encouraged to apply.
- You must provide your medical certificate that shows that you are in good health to attend this program. Please be sure that a Medical Certificate should be issued by a qualified medical practitioner and you should not submit any of your medical records which are confidential, like results of tests, X-ray films, etc.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. candidates can apply.
- The Master’s enrolled students can be eligible.
- Graduate students are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates who are not enrolled in a Master’s degree after a bachelor’s degree are not eligible.
- Able to work with a team member.
- You must be good at speaking and writing English & French, both languages.
- The age limit is at least 20 years at the time of applying for UNESCO.

Financial Coverage
The financial benefits of the internship program are as follows:
- The medical insurance covered by the internship during the program includes USD 30,000.
- UNESCO does not provide a Visa grant.
- They will not provide the Visa cost.
- The applicants get 2.5 days’ leave during the internship program per month.
- You can only submit one application.
- You have only one hour to apply.
